Went to this location to pick up some car stereo equipment. Store looked like it was going outta business, shelves were super bare. Fortunately i found most of what i needed, over $100 worth of merchandise. Sales associate had been chatting with another customer for over 15 minutes while i patiently waited. Eventually i asked a quick and easy question to the electronics associate and he bluntly said he will deal with me after helping other customer which i understand but this particular customer was asking every single question he could think of LITERALLY. So i wait another 10min. So after a total of 25 minutes waiting i just left all the items i was going to purchase and left. So this store lost a $100+ purchase over 15 second answer. The time it took to tell me I'd have to wait he could have just given me a yes or no answer lol. I will know better to go to this particular store.

Normally groom our dogs at home but saw online that PetSmart provided a bunch of services for $30. As we check in they tell us that the premium shampoo for dry skin, not mentioned online, would be $60 for the larger dog and & $50 for the other. One day later they both have dandruff as bad as before grooming. They go more than a week after bathing at home before needing combed with spray. Petsmart grooming not worth it.
