Steve Ray Plumbing came in responded to my phone call when a former plumbing company left and did not return or give me a time frame as to when they could get the job done. After a few days of not hearing from them Steve Ray Plumbing was recommended to me buy a neighbor. Steve Ray Plumbing came right away, assess the situation and gave me a solution. They then gave me an estimate and scheduled a Time with me for when they could return. They came when they said they would they completed the job in less than a day. They explained everything they did and why and what I could expect. They were professional and courteous and willing to explain the work. I would highly recommend Steve Ray Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs
Integrity and Honesty at its finest. I used this company because they left a sticker on the sump pump as they were the original installers.nnAfter massive rains, my sump pump was pumping every 12 seconds. I thought that this would cause the sump pump to die and result in flooding. I called and they set up and appointment for that day. Jake was awesome. He looked into the pit which was sealed to keep radon gases from entering house. Upon examination of the exterior drains and sump pump pit, Jake indicated that everything was working as expected and that there was just simply a lot of rain that it was pumping.nnSteve Rays plumbing service does not charge a service call during regular office hours so there was no charge for the visit. Jake didn’t try to make up problems and charge me for things that were not necessary like I’ve seen other people report with other companies that I reviewed online. Jake will be receiving a gift card for his time. It’s the least I can do.nnI will not use any plumber other than Steve Rays in the future and I will highly recommend him to others in need of plumbing services.
I always expect the BEST and they deliver. Working outdoors during the wind chill advisory and falling snow for us on a Saturday! From the time I first called with the emergency they were out there within the hour! Ryan is absolutely so knowledgeable that he figured out the BEST way to approach our problem without tearing up our floor in the kitchen. We appreciate the hard work and the knowledge that Steve Ray the owner has in place to help us when needed. Honesty!, Knowledge, Willing to do the Work! I recommend without hesitation and have for years! We have had many crisis that they have helped out on!
Very happy with Steve Ray Plumbing and Ryan and the crew. Ryan bid the job (replacing house water line and installing all the water and sewer piping for a bathroom toilet, shower and sink) and he even mentioned a rebate with the county that helped us afford it! They arrived on time, cleaned up each evening and all their guys were polite and knew their jobs. Plumbers are required to be licensed and the company insured in Illinois and these guys are. I will recommend them to all my friends.
