Parked here for 3 years and had monthly parking deducted from my check through work. They took out one extra payment when I left. Was promised a refund but it never arrived, so that's $70 I'll never see again. Others are right, it's dimly lit and doesn't feel safe.

Nothing like a cash only poorly lit underground parking lot to make you and your belongings feel secure. However it's probably a great place to exchange secret government conspiracy information, conduct a drug deal, or sexually assault your passenger.
