If you like art it's a cool place to go see some graffiti but if you have a nice car I don't know if I park it there

There’s signs for monthly parking and hourly parking, but it’s unclear where you park if you’re parking for a few days but not a whole month. There’s no information available anywhere, and since this is right next to the Springfield Amtrak station you would think that this should be easy to spot. I have tried calling everyday for two weeks and no one picks up!

Just tried to park on ramp off Washington st paid $5 got turned around and ended up at the exit and had to pay anothe $5 to park. No employee in booth and they won’t answer their phone! #ripped off
