My wife and I have been taking our cats to Polo Animal Hospital since we've moved here, almost 13 years ago. The reception staff has always been kind, professional, understanding, and when the situation allowed, fun. While we're glad our cats have been pretty healthy during this human crisis, we miss the staff at PAH. Dr. Roberts and her medical staff are wonderful. They all know each of out pets, and treat them as they were their own pets. Any medical issue with our pets are fully explained to us, and in the very rare instance where further action is required, Dr. Roberts will send us in the right direction. We trust Dr. Roberts and the entire staff of Polo Animal Hospital, and while our cats may dislike the car ride, we know we're going to the best possible facility for their care.
