I am so impressed with the customer service and the beautiful flowers. They exceeded my expectations. Our extended family had 3 different orders and all three were beautiful. I would highly recommend them!
The arrangement I sent my fiance for her birthday wasn't what I was expecting. That being said, the customer service is unbeatable. I feel like if I had gone in to the store, they would have assembled my order piece by piece with me. I placed another order based solely on the strength of their customer service. If this next one turns out good I'll rate five stars.
Not very happy with the outcome the picture was way more elaborate and beautiful than what was sent. The people working there were friendly but they should not post pictures online of what you will get if it isn't accurate and the card was messed up...

My husband ordered me a dozen of my favorite variety of roses for Valentine's day! The roses were absolutely spectacular. Some of the most beautiful free spirit roses Ive ever seen!nnIm a floral designer myself; and we can be quite discerning when it comes to quality. These were phenomenal. The quality was great, everything was fresh. I loved everything about the flowers!nnI do wish they would not use shredded styrofoam in their vases, as it is messy, challenging to dispose of and bad for the environment. But over all my husband had a very pleasant and positive experience and I was absolutely over the moon! Thank you!
