My dog and I had a delightful experience! This was our first time going, and we were so happy with our toy and treat finds. I was pleasantly surprised at how many non-toxic toys (and made in the USA) there were to choose from and how many plant based treats/food there were! I was also blown away with how many natural options there were for dental, flea & tick, baths, etc! Times have definitely changed for the better! Very happy with our purchase and will be back in the future! I would love to see even more plant based vegan treat & food options as my pup can't have animal products. Everyone was super nice and helpful!

The young lady who assisted us in the fish department was very friendly & pleasant. But the young lady @ the cash register......nShe's scared of snakes. I get that! But to refuse to be near one or anyone who has even touched one. ud83dude44 She acted like she was in grade school & refused to give service to another young woman who had brought her snake in with her to do some shopping. The snake wasn't much bigger than her hand.nShe also doesn't know what is & isn't on sale. She doesn't listen very well to the customers when checking out. She's VERY unfocused on her job.

I ordered a curbside pickup and followed the online directions parking in the lot and calling the store. The girl did not let me give her my location or type of car. When she finally came out, she refused to come to the car which was right in front of the store. She said I had to come to the curb. The traffic was heavy in both directions, making it difficult for me to get to the curb. I didn't want to park at the curb and block the traffic, which was already very heavy. Was just not a pleasant experience.

I came here today to purchase one item. During my short visit my dog pooped on the floor and the lady who helped me clean it up was so nice and understanding and made me feel a lot less embarrassed. The cashier lady was super nice too and gave my dog lots of lovins while I was checking out. Super impressed with my experience here todayud83dude0a I wish I got their names but they are some awesome ladies!!!
