This is the cleanest pet store in Springfield with the most helpful staff. The Redford store brand pet food has been fantastic for both my dog and my cat! SO happy to have a pet store on the North Side! :-)
I went in for the first time today. I have a Pit and a Chihuahua and wanted to get flea collars for them. The good ones can be pricey like 70 bucks each and I needed 2 ud83dude2c. I can not thank the staff enough for all their help.nI’ve been in most every pet store around and this place has soooooo much stuff. It’s awesome! I have been using chewy but I think I like this place better now because you can touch and see what you’re buying. Thats important to me.nnThe staff cares unlike other stores I went to. Other places it seems it’s just a job. I will most definitely be going back for the selection and the CUSTOMER SERVICE AAA+++nI love being able to write a good review because I’ve written my fair share of bad ones. Very nice warehouse style pet store. Prices seemed competitive and the selection was terrific. They also had a nice cat up for adoption :) staff was pleasant enough as well.
I am revising my original 1 star review from 2 years ago. I decided to give the store another try. Friendly and helpful staff who all seem to love their jobs. Product well stocked. I've become a weekly customer!
