..01-26-21 Dr. Ed has retired and the service does give senior discounts now. Service has improved but prices remain on the high side. 02-25-21 We had our senior dog into the vet today, Dr. Sara and Technician Heather were very professional and on point with my girls condition. We purchased one of their well plans some months ago and it does help save us seniors some money. The Banfield vet service has gotten much better and we appreciate it.
I recently had to put my little pal down due to illness. The Dr I had for this prosses was so kind hearted and understanding. I was able to hold him as he passed and was offered alone time after. She cared that i just lost the love of my life. Thank you so much.
Dr M selling to these guys was the worst decision. All these guys care about is the dollar, not the actual health of your pet. They found the perfect market, take advantage of people who love their animals while they just treat them like material objects.
I was a bit skeptical at first when I heard that the business was sold. But they were actually quite nice and knowledgeable I'm happy with the outcome I'm kind of surprised that the paperwork does not have the doctors names on but the medicine did. and I had a very good doctor so I'm happy
