Lived here for 15 years, don't come to this post officer very often. But wow, the lady behind the counter was very rude today. I think next time I will drive into town and use the McHenry Post Office.
Really bad placenBad service incorrect advice and unpleasant.
They have lost 3 of my packages. Delivered 6 of my packages to wrong addresses and have damaged 3 all in a years time
Terrible service! Have lived in this local post office region for 2 years now and have had more lost mail than ever before. Have paid for overnight and expedited shipping yet not received in the allotted time. Carrier will not leave packages at doorstep and cannot seem to open an unlocked gate. Completely frustrated!
