Dropped off my script. They lost it. Two days later, they tell me I never dropped it off and proceeds to tell me it's my fault. Had to make another appointment to get another one. Can't get in for another month. Happened more than once. Disappointing staff and always have rude attitudes.

I've never had an issue here dosage is always correct and they usually fill prescriptions fairly quick.

I switched over to Osco, because they fill my meds quickly and they have a much more professional staff, here in Woodstock.
