I've had 3 pieces of mail get lost and only 1 has been found (after a year). These included first class and priority deliveries. Ive also had to return the same piece of mail to the post office twice because the person no longer lived at the address. However, the employees at the post office are very nice.

They lost a Cell Phone I was returning. They claimed since it was never scanned that I must not have dropped it off, and I am a liar, and calling them to waist their time apparently? The online claim was closed in hours because again, no scan occurred so the post office must have never had it. I dropped it in the blue box in front of the post office. Bad idea, take everything in and get a receipt even if its a lousy letter.

I have mailed several packages and mailings over the years with this post office and have never had a problem with any of the workers but today was a different story there was a lady working with long black hair and glasses and she was the most rudest person I’ve ever met before I am assuming she is new since I have never seen her before and when I come back here To do my mailings I will make sure I do not have her at the window But everybody else seems wonderful here

Terrible. I would give 0 stars if i could. I called 4 times to talk to someone in the passport department and was left on hold for more than 10 min each time to just be told that no one is available in that department and to call again later. I tried for 3 weeks to schedule an appointment on the appointment website for a passport. I tried 2 different computers and 2 different phones, and was told when i called that that they cannot make appointments over the phone and basically there is nothing that they can do and its my problem.
