I called to help this guy as a local business owner. What a disappointment. He decided to swear at me rather than even hear what I had to say. The guy wouldn't let me complete one sentence. Maybe I caught him in a bad mood but, that is no excuse to treat someone like that. I'm reading the other reviews and maybe the guy sufferers from being Bi-Polar because I have never ever had a business treat me that rude in Woodstock! This town is mainly great caring people! He is obviously not one of them.

Called last minute to get same day delivery for flowers and the owner, Bill was wonderful! He was so personable and caring, paid attention to every detail. Highly would recommend this florist to give that special personal touch.
