Pretty horrible customer service. Was hung up on by a customer service rep. When I calmly and politely asked for a manager I was told that all the managers were in a meeting. I had to call back and right away asked for a manager. Was told I was connected to one. Manager told me I could not get the money they charged me refunded because it was the policy they had. I asked for a customer service number I could call to escalate the issue since it was BCD who charged the initial fee. I was told continuously to call my company. Overall it was the worse experience with a corporate travel. Egencia is much better, If you are choosing between the two, go with Egencia.
