Great practice but not what I expected from the inside.nnI was very excited when asked to join the team as a Registered Dietitian and had many visions for promoting long term lifestyle changes and sharing my expertise based on my background in Culinary Nutrition, fitness, and eating disorders.nUnfortunately, I did not even receive two weeks to learn, be guided, adjust and grow with the team before being told I was nonprofessional and not good at my job. Even more, the reason where shocking to why they were not brought up prior, and allowed to see if improvement were made or not.nnAfter second guessing my capability as a Registered Dietitian from the traumatizing experience, I realized this was a poor leadership issue on their end rather than a performance issue on my end.nNot only was there was no proper job training nor job performance improvement plan, but not giving any days notice or warning is not only unfair, but unprofessional to me.nnIf no time is going to be put in performing a simple chart audit and point out areas of improvement, including a clearer understanding of the expected format for charting, then it is no wonder “satisfactions were not met”nIf an establishment cannot take the time to guide on the expectations to help them thrive (I.e babysit”) than I nor anyone, deserve to hear that they were an expensive mistake on their end & question their education.nnGREAT CLINIC AND SERVICES but this behavior truly reflects poorly on the clinic.

I recently went for a cool sculpting treatment and Lolita was amazing! She was very professional and knowledgeable. She is also certified for this treatment, unlike other places. She made me feel excited and gave me great customer service! I recommend you see Lolita if you visit this place, she was great!

Dr. Melamed is great! She goes above and beyond for her patients and really focuses on what's most important for them. I'm really satisfied with her service and the results. She's very open, kind and makes you comfortable when you are exploring different options that may work for you to accomplish your goal.

She injected Botox in my crows feet and ruined my face. It’s been 8.5 months and I look like I aged 10 years. I wish I could post pics here so you could see with your own eyes. It’s going to cost me thousands to fix my face bc of her. She just wants to take your money. There is a reason she is On Groupon. Be smarter than me and stay away!!

This doctor and staff have changed my life. Looking at things from a functional doctor stand point has changed the way I look at my health. We have finally figured out why my body is doing something. Margot, Susan, Michael, and Dr. Melamed are excellent and help you along the way.
