This was my first time at Elements Massage, and it definitely won’t be my last! Everyone was incredibly professional and dedicated to making my experience enjoyable. My massage therapist, Yolanda, reviewed all of my preferences with me before the session and consistently got my feedback throughout the session to make sure my expectations were met. I can’t wait to go back soon!
David is awesome. Can perform whatever type of massage therapy you need on any given day and is very sensitive regarding level of pressure needed.
Victor did a great job at meeting my needs when I came in with sore muscles and an injured hip flexor. He was kind, helpful, and eager to help me feel better. I will go back!
I have always had good results at this location. I like that it is very easy to make appointments online. I go when I have neck and shoulder pain.
Shocking and fraudulent disregard for customers and the law!nThe economy has really hurt these businesses in the Pandemic, but that is no excuse to attempt to illegally drain customers accounts with unauthorized ongoing monthly charges. We froze our account, which we were told was possible when we bought a membership last Xmas. It did not go through immediately and then got reinstated after 6 months. When we called and said we would just cancel if they would not honor, we were told a manager would call, but they never did despite a couple calls to the business. And now we get another monthly charge, which will also be contested with our credit card company. Beware of this unethical business!
