Never dealt with such incompetent people in my life. After a car accident, was just trying to get the insurance information for the person who hit me. Officer on the scene and admin in the office said I'd have to wait up to three days until the report is posted online. So up to three days they are ok with me being without a vehicle and a compromised car seat. My husband calls and asks for the same information and gets it no problem. Then I try to follow their instructions to fill out the Motorist Report from the accident and none of their instructions are correct. Was sent on a wild goose chase, hung up on by the Police Chief Bruce Dayno (who is a compulsive interrupter - never lets you finish a sentence and then wonders why you aren't calm and collected). An absolute mess over there. They have no idea what they are doing over there and they disrespect people who need their help. Fire everyone there and start over.

Horrible. No one had a clue what's going on. I sat in the parking lot and called 3 times just to see the only secretary in the building not answer. Plain as day. She was too busy eating her snacks. When I walked in, she was unprofessional. Didn't know what was going on. When I asked her for specifics she didn't know what I was talking about. Seemed offended that I was asking her to DO HER JOB, Honestly this place shouldn't exisist

Had an issue at an establishment, called to make a complaint, told I have to come in person. I am not driving two hours to help you do your job. They should have been happy, but of course they treat everything as a hassle. Sorry River wood PD, not everyone is a criminal and doesnt deserve to be treated that way.
