Had an old faucet that needed replacing and it was frozen in place...called Yale on Saturday afternoon and he was able to fit me in on Monday. Friendly, professional, efficient and honest. Yale arrived EARLY! Followed all COVID safety protocols. Explained the work that needed to be done. And instructed me in the proper care/use of the new faucet. Also fixed a longstanding issue with hot water pressure using his expertise and experience as a master plumber (and super nice guy).nnYou want the best and most honest plumbing expert around! Look no further than Yale!

The plumber we had been using previously was okay but had different answers for us with each visit. We were looking to switch. Many local families gave rave reviews about Yale so when our shower and kitchen sink started leaking I gave him a call. He was able to come the next day, apologized he had to give me a window of a couple hours and came at the start of that window. He was very friendly and explained everything that had to be done. He had to leave to get a part but communicated throughout the afternoon, checking back in with price and time frame. He gave me a heads up that he may not be able to come back until next day but would try to at least send his colleague, he ended up coming back same day himself. Quick, reliable, excellent communicator, very friendly, pricing as expected, and a fellow community member. Ticks all the boxes. A+!

I highly recommend Yale to anyone in the area. We had an urgent plumbing issue and Yale came to our house the same day we contacted him despite us being a first time client. He was punctual, informative and very reasonably priced. He even came back to our home on a Friday night to meet with a separate contractor in order to ensure that the home issue was resolved. We are new to the area and don't know anyone so finding trusted contractors can be daunting. We are so happy we found Yale and will use him for any future issues that may come up!

I can’t say enough good things about Yale! Not only did he come after hours to install my kitchen faucet, but he was friendly and professional. Communication is always great! No matter the hour, I can’t count on a reply. I highly recommend Yale Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.
