I came to Rally PT with a shoulder injury where I could barely lift my arm above my waist. By working with Kate I was able to regain full motion. She is outstanding and I highly recommend her.

Great Professional! Lots of knowledge! This summer (2020) I returned from the south with two issues, 1. Surgery right knee replacement already scheduled and right shoulder with calcification build up. Which soon would also require surgery “clean up”. To prepare for my knee surgery, I registered with Rally and met Heather Christian. She explained to me that the work we do to prepare for knee surgery is just as important as after surgery sessions. During one of our sessions she asked to look at my shoulder. She went to work probing and feeling the entire shoulder. When finished I instantly had better range of motion without pain. Since then I had my knee replacement surgery and she has been a great help managing my recovery. She also worked on my shoulder and now it has full range of motion and no pain! I am so pleased with her professionalism and knowledge. I heartily Recommend Rally and Heather Christian. I consider myself to be fortunate to have met her!

Kate and Heather have set up a great practice in Highland Park. They care first about me, the patient. They believe in individual treatment that is tailored to my exact needs. They have treated my husband and me. I dislocated my shoulder with a few complications. Working with Heather in 2 weeks, has already increased my mobility! Make an appointment - you won't regret it!

My experience with Rally PT has been transformational. As a fellow physical therapist, I have oftentimes fallen into the trap of “heal/treat thy self” whenever an injury has occurred. I had a severe back injury in early 2020 that impaired my function, my mobility, and ultimately eroded my trust and confidence in my own body. Since I began working with Kate, I have experienced a dramatic improvement in my ability to perform not only daily activities but also in my ability to return to recreational activities - something I did not believe would be possible. Having another set of trained eyes and a person with a thoughtful, unique approach proved to be incredibly successful and rewarding. She is highly skilled in her ability to break down functional movements and brings a very caring, insightful perspective to treatment. If you are looking for personalized, progressive, competent care, I highly recommend her and the team at Rally!

There isn’t enough space to tell you how thankful I am that Rally PT exists. I suffered an injury as a result of rotator-cuff surgery: I lost the use of parts of my hand and wrist and my index finger eventually was completely paralyzed. Prior to surgery I met with a therapist, formed a baseline of what I could do. Then, about 6 weeks after the surgery, I started 3 times a week learning how to use my arm again. Kate was amazing, patient but always pushing for a little more. I spent more time in recovery than I should have, but that’s more to do with the issues with the surgery and the constant hard work and faith of the Rally PT team meant that I eventually, after about 9 months, regained the full use of my arm and hand.
