I don’t understand why insurance companies force us to use your pharmacy, the staff are rude, prescriptions are never ready when they say they will be. Making your customers come 3 times and keepnSending them away “needing more time to do a refill on a script”nThe automated system are as good as the people using it! The only reason you will stay in business is because people HAVE to go there!

Typically I have only had a few problems. This time I sent someone to get my prescriptions because I'm disabled and they said ready. The person got there and was told one was not being released until a certain date which is 31 days since last refill so the pharmacist doesn't care if you go without your medication for a day or not. I spoke with someone on chat that's how I found out it was the pharmacist not my insurance. It may be a controlled substance according to the CDC but they would probably start doing this with all my medication now. I'm still getting texts to pick up my script but I can't because of the pharmacist. I take all my medication as directed and tried to tell chat that but they were so rude they up and left chat without telling me when I had another thing I was sending them. If I could find a pharmacy that carries the same brands of medication I'd switch. It's sad I worked at Walgreen's years ago and we never treated customers this way!!! Kankakee County Walgreens is going downhill fast!!!!

I’ve tried for a month to talk to someone about getting my W2s. You’ve been of no help at all. My next step is to call the Better Business Beareu.

Walgreens has a manditory mask policy and they wont follow it. When i asked an employee why there are people in the store with out face coverings, i was told that tbey are not allowed to kick people out for not whereing them. Since i have been to 6 locations and all have givin me the same answer it is my belief that they really dont care about the health crisis. I would advise people to stay away from the stores to make sure they are as safe as can be.

Watch out Walgreens in 540 Schamale rd. They charge Metformin ER 1000 MG 90 days supplies for $18,493.19 . I still have their email for their price. Who can afford to pay this? They don't even answer my calls. They are so mean. It is hard to reach Walgreens in any place. So sad! And I showed the price to CVS, OSCO and Target . According to them that's really high price for Metformin ER 1000. What is the Pharmacist's thinking?
