I’ve been with Walgreens for over 20 years and have for the most part been treated wonderfully well. What I mean by “for the most part“, is that afers such a long time it isnt unusual for someone, including me, has an off day. If I could give Zero stars I would. I went to fill a prescription and after 35 min nothing. When I went to ask for an update I was told they needed my new insurance card score they could process the prescription. I asked why no one had told me this as I had been sitting in the chairs not 15 feet from the counter where they could clearly see me. Further more I told the lady I handed the prescription to I would be waiting. When I went to complain they didn’t care and then decided to charge my credit card as payment WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, and not take the cash I had out in my hand.nnI will never go to a Walgreens again CVS will get my business from now on.
