They charged me twice for a refund advance and claimed my wife came in behind my back and got an additional advance. Have been getting my taxes done there for years. But no longer. The woman that did our advance is a thief her name is Jamie. My wife is a stay at home mom who doesn't drive but some how managed to make it over there without me knowing and take out another advance. DO NOT GET YOUR TAXES DONE HERE. They will steal from you.

Missy Moore was superb. As in previous years, she is very friendly, out going, and always doing her best for the customer. When I ask questions, Ms. Moore always gives an answer that is honest and to the point. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend her to anyone that needs their taxes done. All members of the London Shopping Center H and R Block staff are outstanding. All staff are wonderful and truly cares for their customers!!!!
