on the scale of 1 to 5, I give them MINUS ( -100). Con Artistsnto the fullest extent. They charged me fully and got paid and dropped off a classic car that is now JUNK. They ran me ragged for a year playing games to pay, but NEVER paid anything. DISHONEST!!!!. I am suing them big time for verbal ABUSE, PROFANITY, and FRAUD ......etc. for $ 10,000,000.00.nnDO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

For the money they did exactly what they were hired to do. Shipped my car from Florida to Wisconsin. No issues or damage to the car to my surprise actually. Thanks for the hard work!

This company has no communication, no integrity, or professionalism To even update you regarding your shipment. Not one time did they reach out to give me updates. True carrier llc assigned me to them & they were awful from the start. First they pick up my vehicle a day later than originally promised. Didn’t let me know whatsoever, I had to call them to find that out; after spending majority of my time waiting on the driver. I was originally quoted to have my car shipped on the 2nd of August which was wonderful to me. However, my car sat at an auto auction for the whole weekend. Again, I was waiting on my car to be delivered on the second, but in SDM fashion, they didn’t update me, I called out again on Monday & that’s when the driver departed. They were switching drivers without feeling the need to advise me, I was contacting the first driver at first. The driver didn’t officially drop my car off until Thursday morning. They lady that worked in office told me that it was going to be delivered on Wednesday. Which it was however, the driver was going to come extremely late (11pm). Which is truly inconsiderate. I tried expressing my issues to the lady in the office, but it seemed as if she didn’t care. Thankfully my car wasn’t damaged when it arrived. But I highly suggest not using true carrier or SDM TRANSPORT LLC. Complete garbage transportation services. Save yourself a headache & choose someone with a better reputation.

I was skeptical to use this shipper because of the bad reviews but given the service I received I figured I’d do my part and try to even the scale. Needed my 02 Tahoe shipped from Wisconsin to Arizona and The driver was there to pick it up exactly when he said he was gonna be and dropped it off exactly when he said he was gonna be, even got there a day earlier than scheduled, gave a 2 hour heads up prior to arrival and answered every call and text I sent in the interim ud83eudd37ud83cudffd‍♂ufe0f. Doesn’t get any simpler than that. Very professional and responsive, and all at a low price. Would use again.

SDM transported my car from East Coast to West. I got car in time, in perfect condition, driver was super nice. If I ever had to choose car hauling company in the future, would choose SDM and will recommend to everybody I know as well!
