Nick, Chris, Drew - you are the best. Called College H.U.N.K.S. on Sunday night at 8pm to schedule an appointment for Monday at 7am. No way was this happening but I tried. Clicked ‘get an appointment’ and I got it! Under 12 hours my house was emptied. Don’t know any other movers that can reach this goal. Thank you so very much for your hard work and kindness.
Nick and Chris were awesome. They cleared my mom’s house of 25 year’s worth of “stuff”. They did it with efficiency and humor. We could not be more pleased that it is done and would recommend them without reservation.
The only reason I am using College Hunks Haul Junk is because of Alex Ruiz, the manager of the Northbrook location. After being told that someone would be arriving at my home to give me an estimate on March 17 between 8:00 and 10.00am no one showed up. My doorbell rang and there was Alex Ruiz. He showed me that he was given the wrong telephone number and the wrong name, but the correct address. Even though he was not able to confirm that there would be someone at this address who had called College Hunks, he made an effort to find out. He was very professional and apologized for the call center completely messing up my request for an estimate. I hope that College Hunks recognizes what a great and thoughtful manager they have in Alex Ruiz.
Have used this company a few times now to remove furniture for donation. Easy to book them, quick reply to confirm and prompt service, along with fair pricing! Nick and Jesus were great! Very careful in my home to care for doorways and walls. Moved the furniture out with ease!
Alex is outstanding!! Chris was great as well. I needed more help than originally thought and Alex made it happen. I’m so grateful to have found this company!!
