On December 21, 2020, Final Touch Delivery delivered our couches which were purchased from La-Z-Boy. During the delivery, they struck my front door with 1 of the couches, denting the door and breaking the hinge side frame. Final Touch declined our complaint saying the door was not properly installed (the door has been in use since 2002 when the homes was built). La-Z-Boy said they would pay to have the door repaired. 3 contractors stated the door should be replaced because the break was on the hinge side, and a repair would not last, if it worked at all. La-Z-Boy stated they will only fund a repair, not a replacement, regardless of what the professional contractors have said.nnWe are continuing to review our options.
We live up a hill and the driver refused to deliver because he said it was too narrow. It’s a paved driveway and we have had deliveries with that same size truck many times in the 18 years we have lived here. We have had muck larger trucks and even cement trucks with no issue but evidently the driver wasn’t sufficiently trained to drive. We have never had someone refuse to deliver to us before!
This company is unrealistic and incompetent! No customer service! No one answer phones!
