Mike came highly recommended by a local jeweler. Mike responded to my text almost immediately and after sending him some information, was able to give us a rough estimate of the items we were interested in selling. Scheduling an appointment was extremely easy. Mike was quick in responding and was able to meet with us within a few days. He is very nice, honest, and it was a pleasure to work with him. He gave us a detailed , itemized list of what we sold and explained everything. We would definitely do business with him again.

Mike was amazing! My uncle was liquidating our families assets and we made an appointment with Mike. I'm so happy that we chose to go to him. He was so very warm and welcoming during our meeting. He made it feel like we were sitting with a close friend instead of like it was just business. I will definitely be going to see him again if it's needed and I will be recommending him to other's. We were very pleased with Mike at Cook County Buyers. He responsed immediately to our text. It was evident from first conversation, that he would give us trustworthy information. We met with Mike and he was both professional and honest. All information was upfront and we had an excellent experience at his office. Mike was awesome! My wife and I showed up and I wasn’t aware to schedule an appointment in advance with him. So I called his number, he answered promptly and within 10 minutes made himself available at his office to review our jewelry and coins. Talk about great customer service!!! He is very pleasant, fun and easy going to interact with. He was very straightforward in terms of pricing and his margins, costs, etc. He spent a great deal of quality time detailing each of our pieces and thoroughly answered any questions we had. We decided to go to him based and the large number of 5 star reviews. He did not disappoint and our experience with him was very professional, honest and pleasant. In the end we felt that he was very fair in his pricing and we were very happy with what he offered us. Highly recommended!

Mike was great. I brought my family’s silver to him. He told me what it was worth and I decided to keep it. He did not charge me. I tipped him for his time because I grew up working service jobs.nThe best thing about Mike is he is honest and builds your trust in him instantly. Stand up guy in today’s world.nThank you Mike!
