The Shelle Jewelers team is outstanding in every way! We have been customers for over two decades, and they custom designed my wife’s engagement ring to exacting specifications. Their ability to visualize your jewelry pieces and bring them to reality is masterful, with quality at the foremost. The staff takes the time to educate you, and they ensure your satisfaction. The friendliness always offered is a welcome change from any chain outlet that hounds you and pushes you to decisions. Shelle Jewelers treat you like family — it’s so nice to be recognized when you come in to shop or stop by for a cleaning. This family-run business is a real gem!

The customer service and the quality of work at Shelle Jewelers is absolutely first class. They are honest, hard working, personable (thank you Peggy) and have a superb knowledge of the craft and artistry of jewelry. I took several pieces in for cleaning and polishing and they came back looking 100% brand new. Effortless parking and a smart location makes for an easy visit.

I had my wedding band separated from engagement diamond and the result is perfect.! The diamonds are sparkling and I couldn’t be more pleased. The staff is wonderful and so friendly. I won’t go anywhere else for my jewelry.

Brian and Manny are the best!!! They make you feel like family from the second you walk into Shelle. My wife had a necklace that I bought her. She loved it so much, that she wanted to exchange it for a ring, that Brian custom made for her. The exchange was seamless, and my wife is SO happy with the finished product. Shelle Jewelers offers a personalized level of service that’s simply not found in typical retail settings. You feel like a friend, not a number. They will work with you to find or create exactly what you need. If you need to buy a piece of jewelry or have an existing piece updated I highly recommend them.
