The store was nice and the people were also pleasant. But the manager was sub par. I had a defective bag that I received online. I called this store because it is closest to me, even though it’s an hour away, and she suggested I bring the bag in and see if they can help fix the issue. If not, she would process an exchange. She tried fixing the defect and was unsuccessful. Rather than following through and processing the exchange she tells me I wouldn’t be able to get an exchange for the bag due to lack of stock so I should keep it and have it repaired somewhere or return it for a refund. Being that I really wanted the bag to left with it even though I wasn’t satisfied with her solution. I decided to chat with Coach.com just to see if they could provide any assistance. Immediately the young lady tells me there are plenty of these bags in stock and she’s more than happy to process an expedited exchange. That’s the Coach customer service I know. Step it up Mara, you’re letting your brand down. I’ll drive another half an hour to a different store in the future.
