It is such a pleasure to shop with Marina and Razny jewelers. The first time I walked into the store, I felt warm welcomed and they treated me like a old customer who has relationship with them for decades. Marina is the best. She is always helpful, passionate and patient. Every time I look for a jewelry, she would offer me several great choices and help me pick out the best option. She provides me the best shopping experience ever. Every conversation between us is enjoyable. I feel so lucky to meet such a great sales person like her. Besides those beautiful jewelry I get from her, I also get to build a solid, special relationship with her. She becomes a unique friend of mine. If you are looking for a precious jewelry and a fantastic shopping experience, I would definitely recommend Marina and Razny jewelers. I sincerely hope to build relationship with Marina and Razny for decades.

I called in randomly looking for a watch and what I got in return was more than great customer service. Marina gave me an amazing buying experience. I've been to several Rolex stores and their attitudes aren't beneficial to the brand of Rolex. Razny Jewelers has the most amazing sales workers. Thanks Marina for making my buying experience worth while. I look forward to doing more business for years to come!!!

I stopped into Razny Highland Park for the first time over the weekend with a friend to make a watch purchase and they’ve won my future business.nnI value honesty, professionalism, and a friend’s and family atmosphere in any situation where I’m making a purchase.nnI was introduced to Marina and immediately felt at home with every question being answered, her honest and welcomed advice, and most important was that she made me feel like I was valued whether or not I made purchase then and there. I did in fact make a purchase and I can say it was due to the reasons above.nnThe store is beautiful with a great variety of items, the other staff members were all friendly and I was greeted well. I have no problem giving them a 5 star review because they’ve earned it!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Shirley at Razny Jewelers in Highland Park. From the moment I spoke with her, she went gone above and beyond to find me the perfect timepiece as a gift for my husband. She communicated with me every step of the way, sent photos and walked me through the whole process. She even assisted me in personalizing the timepiece to make it extra special. I truly enjoyed the entire experience and can’t wait to see her again!

Wonderful experience with Razny. Multiple dealings with them at 3 of their locations now. Most recently at the Highland Park location.
