We have always liked the fast, friendly service. Our most recent rental was much faster, but just as friendly. We also like that the agent made sure keep covid precautions as we went over the car.
The branch rental manager (Daniel Pinkerton) is very professional and courteous. He explained everything to me clearly & in a manner that was easy to understand & follow along with. I highly recommend you ask for him upon your arrival - hooked me up with an awesome set of wheels for Columbus day weekend. 2020 Ford fusion was amazing to drive around in. Daniel is a great asset to this location and I plan on renting again from them whenever I'm back in the Chicagoland area.
They have good car choices, they upgrade my car for no extra charge. Dave is nice and helpful.
They tried to give me an suv in a lower class even though I paid for a larger vehicle. Frustrating experience
Nice young man manager manager really accommodated my need to have car delivered to my hotel (approximately 5 mi.) ... fair price. Great service!
