Rented a car today. I will never rent from here again, they didn’t clean the interior. I found hair, dirt, popcorn and bubblegum wrap inside the car, they washed the exterior but interior was nasty. I spend over 20 minutes cleaning and disinfecting the interior. Don’t waste your time and money here.
Don’t ever come here!! The owner is rude and he is not even trying to get the car we want.nHe would rather use our reservation to rent the car to a different person for a higher price. He is more focused on renting cars as the loaners for the ford owners.nGood luck getting a good car with this guy!!
I had a reservation and when I went to pick it up, the guy at the desk the rude guy at the desk told me he did not have anything available. He told me he was going to cancel and reimburse me but he did not. It took me a week to actually get a reimbursement.
The experience was extremely good. The car I rented was clean, peppy and good looking. The person I dealt with at Budget was friendly and very helpful. He even helped me set up my Bluetooth and took the time to explain the radio. I was very pleased.
