Anna is an amazing travel agent and we have been so blessed to do business with her. She listens to what you want and always provides suggestions that are amazing. We have always used LCT for all of our bookings. Many people I’ve spoken to felt they could book their own travel until tragedy strikes and they have no one on their behalf to help them. Anna and the LCT Team is always there. She always communicates when she knows of airline difficulty or even issues with a resort. Anna treated us like family, please consider using her for your next vacation or hotel booking!
Anna was amazing. So helpful. Answered every question we could think of in an extremely fast manner. Often working off hours to make sure we were taken care of. Even with Covid shutting destinations down last minute, they were able to secure us a wonderful destination wedding and honeymoon. She put us in touch with everyone we needed to speak to as far as the hotel staff, wedding officiant/coordinators, etc. Could not be more pleased with our experience. Will definitely use this resource again for future travel experiences!
My phone has me visiting here. I've never been here. I've been to the hair salon next door. I gave the travel store 5 stars because I don't want to give them a negative rating. Never been there
Jill has helped us plan 2 family vacations within the past year. She listened to all of our wants and gave us several recommendations both times. Both places that she helped us choose were great and hit all of our wants for traveling with a 1.5yr old and 4yr old. Everything went so smoothly thanks to Jill!
