Cold food.nothing to eat a bowl with a fork, spoon, nothing.nNot even a oh sorry as I had to drive back to get one.nThis taco bell / Kentucky fried chicken is always hit or miss.nKinda stinks cause its right off the hy_way.nMaybe they should pick one or the other cause they aren't doin it with both.
Two times in a row the order has been screwed up. 12/8 I stop in and have to walk to the window which is difficult with a foot injury and lobby was closed. I order 4pc white original with slaw and add extra slaw. Order taker gets it right. The person bagging things up gets it all wrong. COMPLETELY. Even after an attempt by the window person to correct things, the order was still inaccurate with food missing. Perhaps reading comprehension testing is in order.
Food and service was great. Like many of the 2-in-1's it takes a little longer with so much going on with the two menus.
Go here quite a bit good food
Ordered on the app. Waited forever in the drive-thru to get my order. They forgot the cinnamon sticks that were part of a box combo and the Cinnabon dessert things, but it was late & I didn't feel like going back. This location ALWAYS takes an incredibly long time.
