Great Customer Service. Very Friendly. I was in and out in 10 mins to get my Real License. I have been to a few other locations in Illinois and waited hours and then they closed before assisting me. This location in LaSalle is Awesome! Very organized and friendly staff to help any way they can. They took the time to clean the counters and wiped everything down between each person. I will be driving the 1 hour and 45 mins to get this service again in the future. Thank you!

The wait wasn't too long.The gals seemed friendly enough. I didn't enjoy having to take my mask off for a picture. We probably could have gotten a new photo later, post pandemic. But aside from that, I prefer this dmv.
Lines moved ok. Employees had to tell people often to stay on the X's or outside. Sanitized everything after each person.
Small office, but very efficient! I am from Chicago and went there to avoid the long long lines. I arrived 15 minutes before they opened at 8am on a weekday and there were only 5 people ahead of me (as pictured). I had to do a driver license renewal and I was in and out in about 45 minutes. Staff was very friendly and the office was really good at enforcing social distancing. Long drive to get out there, but virtually no wait time. I took advantage of some local hiking spots too!
