Friendly and caring staff. I find them to be very quick with checking out and helpful if you have any questions.
Best library of Illinois Valley! When I was a child, I loved the children's library; and now as an adult I love the adult library. They have unlimited computer use, and they also have more books than most small-town libraries. Also, the programs they have for little kids are wonderful. However, the process of getting a library card is a little ridiculous. I had to bend over backwards to get mine, but it was worth it!
Racist workers. I was racially profiled and spoken to with a condescending tone. Unfriendly environment for people of color.
