This hotel has a fun vibe. The rooms are spacious and offer standard amenities. When I arrived the receptionist made a call to find out if there were any clean rooms on the ground floor. There were not so we stayed in a room on the second floor that seemed to have been cleaned a season before. Our sheets were stained in a few places and there were many specks of debris on the bed. Overall, I was disappointed.
It reminded me of that movie “Pulp Fiction”, It was clean. They have a bar, pool table and video slots. Also the rooms have adequate lighting. The laundry facilities are directly behind the building and in the morning breakfast was very good. (24 hour coffee)
Nice clean rooms. Personable staff. Prices have gone up from years past, but the rooms are up to date. Just wish they would be better about cleaning up the sidewalks in front of the rooms.
Modern hotel with a great customer service This hotel is Retro, modern, and classic. Love the makeover of Starved Rocked Motor Inn. Bar on premises is very convenient. Perfect place for a wedding or family reunion. Very pleased with customer service front desk employees definitely will be back.
Our stay was fine, check-in/out was easy and internet was accessible and useful. The property and rooms look nice and were pretty clean, but the quality was not super high. Also, it would have been nice if the lobby staff were wearing masks.
