I have been going to this location since they opened in LaSalle since they opened here! I love all of the staff and the service is excellent! I don't think you can find better vets than Dr. Dullard or Dr. Elizabeth in the Illinois Valley area. I have gone elsewhere for second opinions but have always come back to Ancare. Other vets just do not compare! The staff is very kind and considerate. They are very friendly and care about you and the pets that you bring in. They take the time to listen to your concerns and address what is going on. They are compassionate and understand you and your concerns. Over this period of time I have had to put down several beloved pets. They handle this beautifully. They have a quiet room where you can be with your pet for as long as you need to be. The staff are very understanding and kind. It could not be done more lovingly. I could not recommend a better place for all your pet's health care needs.
Unfortunately my first experience with ancare involved having to put our Dog Bandit down last November. However Dr Webb and there staff were empathetic, compassionate and caring and they did all that they could. I recommended them to a friend who has a dog that required a complicated knee surgery. Everything is going great for them. Thank you so much!

I've known Dr. Steve Dullard for more than 20 years and always go to him and his staff and clinic for their high degree of skill and up-to-date knowledge and equipment. I've spent many hours with many excellent vets because of my involvement with small animal rescue, so I have a good basis for comparison. I've decided it's worth it to pay a little more at Ancare so I can relax and feel confident that my animals are getting the best possible treatment.
I took my cat in for her annual check up, and I had some concerns about some behaviors. She was scared and hissed a lot during the checkup. Dr. Webb was calm and caring and so gentle with her. She was also very thorough in her approach to my concerns and clearly explained my options.
