Stayed here during the pandemic and would've gave them 5 stars but stayed this week and my coworker had ants in not one but 2 separate rooms and the lady working counter today is really rude about masks! Try being nicer geesh!
The rooms were bland. I found pubic hair in the sheets. The shower had mold and I dropped over 176$ on it for my wife and I to enjoy a honeymoon. I'm disappointed and felt dirty staying there. Verysad
Well for starters, I am a Hilton Honors Diamond member. Not that I expect to be treated like a king. But I was told I would have to pay for my complimentary waters that I receive at every other location I stay at across America. Lady at the front desk is very rude and for the second time FORCED me to be underneath another room. I absolutely hate being under other people. Drive an extra exit and be treated with respect. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE
It was clean! The room needs updated but was fine.
Hilton brands are ALWAYS the best. I can't say enough great things.
