Very clear, extremely nice workers, nice little store on first floor to get drinks and snacks, pool is open and very clean, housekeeping is very friendly and cleans early every morning! Only problem we had is our bed felt comfortable at first when we got there but after the first night we woke up and both could hardly move our backs hurt so bad. But the other party traveling with us their bed was wonderful so we just got a bad mattress it happens. But the rooms are very nice and u can't hear anything from one room to the other. People have dogs here and you would never know if u didn't see them. Definitely recommend to stay here its across the parking lot from target and a great Mexican restaurant
Stayed one night, Monday 4/5/21. Very convenient to interstate in retail, heathcare and hotel area. Covid precautions in place, masks required. Staff was helpful and kind. Room was clean and pleasant with a comfortable bed. The microwave, coffee pot and good sized refrigerator were clean and functional. Good supply of hot water and good water pressure. Other than highway noise, it was very quiet. We forgot a few things and there was a Target about a block away. Breakfast brown bag was provided on request with bottled water, fresh fruit, granola bar and danish; there was coffee available in the lobby with to go cups. We would stay here again.
2nd time we stayed here while visiting starved rock.nFriendly staff, not to mention walmart and target nearby.nPrecovid the pool area was clean,nPet friendly (BIG BROWNIE POINTS FOR THAT)nRooms are clean
Front office staff not wearing masks and not compliant with their own COVID rules. Also quite rude.
Walls are super thin, lots of road noise and strange people knocking on doors late at night. The only saving grace is the great mexican restaurant in front, otherwise I'd look elsewhere first.
