I love the ladies at the Peru Kay! I stopped in to find out about sizing my Mother's Wedding set for me. Trista explained what that would entail. I stopped the next day to drop them off and upon inspection, 8 prongs would also need work . Melissa answered every question before I asked it ... the process, the images and the Xs on the images. With the knowledge and assuance she provided I knew I felt safe entrusting my cherished set in their care. Thank you ladies! You Rock!

I would not recommend Kay jewelers at all my significant other got me a ring from here for Valentine’s Day a month later we went to have it resized and they said it would be about 2 weeks and that we would get emails along the way we never got the emails we also called after the two weeks was up and they claimed they didn’t have the ring yet they finally got the ring 3 weeks later a few days before everything shut down because of covid Saturday we were gonna go get it they didn’t tell us anything about when they were closing or anything after waiting 4 months to get this ring back and waiting for them to open back up we find out that the location is closing and they can ship the ring to two of the locations and so we told them we would pick it up Sunday on our way home from vacation they said that would be fine i called the Friday before we left and they said it wouldn’t be there till Monday and I could pick it up then I just called today to see if I can go pick it up and get told it won’t be there till Friday so we are going on almost 5 months of not having my ring and was told 2 weeks don’t like that they beat around the bush for future purchases we will be going somewhere else!

Bought a really nice Invicta pro diver watch online. Way too big, when it came in. 15 bucks later perfect fit. The jeweler was very skilled and, she adjusted very quickly. I went to Zales. They would not adjust. Guess who got a loyal customer. A+
