I have been renting from this branch for over 20 years with no problems whatsoever. On 10/31/2020 I returned a rental car at 5:30 in the morning with no damage. Eight days later they sent me photos, dated 8 days later, showing a cracked radio and back up camera screen and accused me of causing this damage which I did not cause. I had a witness who met me at the rental car return who also witnessed no damage as we went through the entire care with flashlights to ensure I got all my belongings. My insurance company paid the claim over my objection. I truly believed I was scammed by Peru Enterprise and that either an employee or another renter caused the damage after I dropped the car off (which happened to be after hours on an early Sunday morning). Do not trust these people. Take photos and videos of any car you pick up and drop off. I would normally do so, however, I was in a rush to fly home to attend to business, before returning again several days later to be with my mother who was dying at the time. Shame on you scammers at Peru Enterprise!!! Taking advantage of a person who is traveling back to the area to deal with a dying family member.

I recently rented a car from Enterprise and it was at the last minute, my car had broken down and they were about to close. They were very patient and kind in Peru IL. It was a challenge to figure out where my car was going to be but they rented me a car and my car was able to sit on their lot out of the way until I was done with the rental. My family and I are truly grateful. I was able to return the car back to my hometown for a small fee without any issues. I will definitely be renting again from Enterprise. Thank you to the Enterprise in Peru IL on Frontage Road You Rock!

Service was excellent and the car was ready when expected however it had not been washed, just rinsed off, so when it dried, it was filthy. Also the inside windows were smudged, including a suction cup mark on the windshield. Car ran great and got great gas mileage. I was also allowed to return the car on off hours saving another days rent. Great option.

I called two enterprises neither one of them had a vehicle then the one place going to tell me all we got this Ford SUV but when I get there they might have nothing tried to rinse me up a seven passenger van. I found a better car rental place in LaSalle county which is called Star Ford
