I had my rescue border collie spayed and they were very professional and kind. When we needed a vet a few months later for a injury requiring surgery I didnt hesitate to call them. For that appointment we were scheduled quickly and they were professional answered all my questions and I would highly recommend them for anything that might come up with your pets needs.
I took my dog in for his shots. he is a large breed. I asked tuem to trim his nails. they held him down and tried to trim his nails and it made my dog very angry I never heard my dog make those sounds before. when I asked to go back there with him they wouldn't let me. when he came out sum of his nails were split and he was acting very weird still to this day my dog acts distant and sometimes growls at me for no reason. old what they did to my dog but I will never go here again and I advise you not to either
I was very worried about my boys . 1 year old guinea pigs Cheech and Chong.nThey put all my worries to rest. Both boys had coughing and one had runny nose. After Seeing the Dr. They sent us home with meds. And I am thrilled how well they are both doing. Both are eating better . And on the way back to popcorning critters. I can't thank them enough.
I can't thank you guys enough for agreeing to see Karma last night. Everyone else turned us down because she wasn't their patient but you guys said yes. We were terrified and Dr Simison Was so kind and made us feel comfortable. It was worth every penny to make sure our sweet girl was ok. Thank you from a nervous dogmama
All of the staff are amazing and so helpful. I have never had an issue getting my dog medical attention here. I love that they have an emergency number to call after hours. You can tell that every single staff member loves their job and I know they treat my dog like their own.
