I have been taking my pup here only since November (new to the area) and I have had nothing but pleasant experiences.nnI brought her in again yesterday, this time for vaccines, a nail trim and her initial patella surgery consultation. Dr. Andrea and her staff were patient, thorough and informative over the phone. I appreciate this so much, especially in a time like this where we are not able to go inside and be with our pets during the procedures.
This is literally the best vet I have ever been to. I have three dogs, two of which are highly anxious, and the staff here always treat my animals with the utmost care and respect. Dr. Niki Gianni is so thoughtful and reliable, and has quickly become our go-to for any of our pets' problems. I recommend her to anyone who will listen!nnI have also boarded one of my very anxious dogs here before and the staff were very caring and helpful during that experience as well.
Dr. Kristi is by far the best vet my dog has ever had! She’s highly motivated and extremely nice!nShe really takes the time to listen to your concerns and finds the appropriate treatments.nI also appreciate her taking the time out of her day (such as her lunch break) to follow up with me to see how my furbaby was doing. In addition to going above and beyond to help my dog with her chronic allergies. You can tell she loves being a vet, since she is very passionate about animals!nThank you very much again, Dr. Kristi for providing my pooch with exceptional care!!nI would give her 10 stars- if I could, as I highly recommend!
The doctors and staff are very caring. They take their time and explain everything to the pet owner. More importantly they are gentle with my pet. She tends to be skittish around them and they are patient with her. I highly recommend this practice.
