Outstanding customer service!nnVery friendly, helpful staff and vet. Everyone here from receptionist to vet went above and beyond for us as new clients who needed an international health certificate to fly our dog. The customer service at this office is beyond outstanding. They made phone calls to verify what we needed, moved up our appointment to accommodate getting the certificate back in the mail from the agricultural vet in Springfield, IL in time for our flights. They researched things to make sure all i’s were dotted and t’s were crossed. We couldn’t have asked for better service. So thankful for this office and their assistance.
If I could give more stars I would. Staff very friendly. Doctors great. Came out in the rain to discuss my pet. I found a new vet.

I absolutely love this place. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a big smile by the cheerful and caring front desk staff. Every single time I've called they have been so nice and helpful. I have never had an issue with getting my babies in when I desperately need to. The vets are very caring and warm. You can tell they love what they do and they truly love animals. I have recommended them to family and friends. I am so happy I found them. Thank you for always caring about my fur babies.
