Would never take my pet there again. The veterinarian tries to find the easy way to treat animals. Never gets to the root of the problem would rather throw a bandaid on it. My pet was promised surgery but instead she did the same procedure four times and never got to surgery so had to take him to emergency clinic where I was charged three times the amount and they took him for surgery right away because his bladder was about to burst and he almost died.my pet is an American bully and he might look intimidating but he is a sweetheart and doesn't deserve neglect and to be put in a category of aggressive dog.

Excellent. They love my dogs as much as I do. Have been with Dr Jean 20+years. Wouldn't trust anyone else.

Worst service ever! I called ahead to see if they crop ears at certain age just passed the time frame. The receptionist said we would have to come in to see the vet to take a look at his ears and determine if she will do it. They knew it was a Dogo argentino and the size these pups are at 6 month! As soon as Dr. Churan saw the dog without even touching him said he is 6 months so it’s too late. She also said it’s not kind. So I wasted one hour to drive to south Elgin just for her to tell me he is too old that could have been said at the reception. I don’t appreciate lying and rude behavior. There are plenty of vets that will crop later but she clearly has 0 experience with Dogo Argentinos. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!

Went in for my puppy's ear crop consultation and was very pleased. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and the vet was wonderful putting my mind at ease and explaining everything. Well worth the 2.5hr drive to know my Dane puppy is in good hands.

Dr Jean and her staff are fantastic, always have my animals best interest and well being at heart.
