I’ve been going to Cynthia for a few years and she’s been professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with. .
Great service I have been coming to the Elgin location for two years now and Cynthia is the only employee at this location and does an excellent job at attending more than one client at a time. Multitasking at it's finest! Great job Cynthia keep up the good work. Those who know you know that you go above and beyond to get the job done.
Mary assured me a translated document would be ready for me Friday. I called no answer.nToday I spoke with Sergio and he told me the document wasn’t there and Mary was away in Tennessee. Told me to call Cindy at their Elgin location.nI called and she tells me the document isn’t there asked what email I sent it to, I give her the email and says nothings there and asked to send the letter again. When I ask her to search for the subject I sent it under she immediately gives me attitude and says IF YOU REALLY WANT YOUR DOCUMENT SEND IT TO ME NOWnComes to show her level of professionalism.nI made it clear to the staff I needed a letter translated as it’s a requirement for my passport approval. Medical emergency leave. But shows how much they are compassion towards clients.nAt no point was I rude to Sergio or Cindy to give the attitude.

Great service, friendly ,happy to serve people with a smile on their face , would definitely recommend this place. They were already close and open just for my sister , thanks for a great customer service.
