Called because I got some one else's mail. The same street just wrong house number... The lady that answered was very polite and extremely helpful, she reassured me that they will notify the mail carrier of the error and let them know that accuracy was important for the post office. By the way this was not our regular post office carrier. So I understand that they don't know the houses but I just didn't want my mail to be delivered to someone else's house either.
These guys have been great every time we have had our bees and chickens delivered!!
The postman always messes up with where to put our mail and they are always late to your subdivision.
this place told me they were open until 6 on paper but was closed at 3..smh
I am very disappointed in this Postal Office. There was a problem with my package and it was the mailman mistake and he came and apologize, but the lady I have spoken on the phone at that location was very rude. Wouldn't let me talk and explain the situation. She just kept saying that it was delivered to my door and she can see that on the GPS. I am just wondering how can you see on your GPS that the package was delivered to the right door. Luckily, the situation got resolved, but left me with a very bad experience from the lady that answers the phone. Have spoken with many representative from that location before and never had that kind of salty experience.
