Today I was driving to a job I had in your town. There was an accident and police were blocking the direction I needed to go. I'm not for your town so didn't know how to get where I was going. I rolled down my window to ask the Police which way to go to get about a block away from the accident. The Police just screamed at me to follow the car in front of me. I then said to the officer, all I needed was some directions of how to get around the accident. He then gave me directions.nnBTW, the accident was wrapping up the people were leaving so, no need to be rude.

I've had one encounter with the Elgin/South ELGIN POLICE specifically ***OFFICER ECHEVERRÍA***nnIT WAS HORRIBLE!!! I WAS ILLEGALLY DETAINED ON THE STAIRWAY OF MY APARTMENT . HE THEN ASKED ME IF HE COULD SEARCH MY APARTMENT BECAUSE OF SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY I.E SITTING ON THE TRUNK OF MY CAR IN MY APARTMENT BUILDING PARKING LOT..LBVS I THEN REFUSED...HE THEN PROCEEDED TO DEMAND THE KEY TO MY APT I SAID NO* HE TRIED TO REACH IN MY POCKETS FOR IT I PULLED AWAY..He HANDCUFFED ME AND SAID YOUR GOING TO JAIL ...FOR NOT GIVING ME THE KEYS TO YOUR APT HE HAD NO SEARCH WARRANT NOTHING **!!! HE STILL ILLEGALLY SEARCHED MY DOMICILE WHILST PUTTING ME IN THE SQUAD CAR IN THE MIDDLE OF JULY 96° DEGREE HEAT OUTSIDE PUT THE WINDOWS UP AND TURNED THE HEAT ON FULL BLAST FOR APPROXIMATELY 15 MINUTES WHILE I SAT THEIR DRIPPING IN SWEAT... HE'S THE REASON IM RAISING MY KIDS, NEPHEWS ETC TO NOT TRUST COPS FOR GENERATIONS TO FOLLOW....HES A ROGUE COP AND I HOPE HE GETS WHAT HE DESERVES!!!!
