Doctores y Mas Quiropractico en Elgin

The doctor named Dr. Nellie and an associate named Ana are very unprofessional and dirty. If this business wants to succeed they need to find some quality workers who are friendly and professional.

The work of the chiropractors in Elgin is amazing, I have improved a lot since they treated my problem.

I came here because of the good reviews. My first time there the front office was nice. While doing my consultation I asked about their hours to make sure they would work for my schedule because I work 8 to 4:30. They replied they could do the hours I needed Monday and Wednesday at 5:15. So I paid for my xrays and consultaion for 75 dollars. Upon arriving the next time at the scheduled time and date they told me they no longer wanted to do the 5:15 times anymore for a whole slew of excuses. So here I sit with exrays and potential notes for 75 dollars. The hour i spent there was all for nothing and I was left with a feeling like I was cheated for the 75 dollars. If they couldn't work with my schedule they shoulve said that and sent me on my way. But lied said they could work with my schedule took my money, and the very next appointment explained that it wasn't going to work. I will not be coming here again.

I went to this clinic thinking i would get the best service because it’s both Physical Therapy And Chiropractic instead of just a regular Physical Therapy Clinic. I’m bilingual myself therefore i thought i would fit in due to the fact that most PT clinics are predominantly white. I was very pleased with the young ladies upfront very attentive and helpful because the girl in the back (Ana) was not always available. While I was getting my exercises taught to me she would walk away and go back to the desk to do “homework” or be on her “phone”. My whole round of therapy consisted of her giggling at her phone and me having to constantly ask her to help me with exercises. I brushed it off thinking the Doctor would notice and tell her that patients are priority, unfortunately that was never the case so when I was re evaluated and given more therapy, I decided to not go back to Doctores Y Mas and seek elsewhere. I took pictures because I believe the Doctor was never going to say anything, and I find it really unfair and very unprofessional. Future patients should not go through what I went through. I felt very uncomfortable and more unnoticed by this employee. I always tried to be nice and respectful but she would always have a long face and the only smile she would ever have was while staring and using her phone.nnI decided to stay anonymous because I want nothing to do with that clinic or that employee.

Dr Nellie is an amazing chiropractor. With the best anatomy knowledge. She really helps me with my back.
