Have been picking up my medicines for over 2 years at this pharmacy now and have never had any problems.

They literally closed the window in my face in the middle of filling my prescription. Unbelievable and rude. I was there at 115pm waited in line walked up at 127 pm talked to the lady in mid conversation they closed the gate in my face at 130 for lunch. Mind blown.

Racism at its best they wouldn't accept my Mexican passport as a form of ID the girl kept telling me it had to be a state ID or drivers license went over to Walgreens got my medication with no problems.

This is my first time ever getting my prescriptions sent here. i called four times and was on hold for 10 minutes each time. no one ever answered the phone. finally they answered the phone and the person on the other line was rude and never told me what information she needed on her end to look up a prescription. don’t waste your time with this pharmacy. use an individualized walgreens or cvs

Awful service, 0 help, and never answer the phone. I have been attempting to fill a prescription through them for over a week. They keep claiming they aren't receiving it from my doctor, and when my doctor's office calls they wait on hold for 15 minutes and never hear from someone. I then tried calling CVS myself and the same thing has happened 3 days in a row. 10+ minute wait on hold each time and never speak to anyone. When I stopped in they were zero help in getting the prescription filled. I then went over to Walgreens on Larkin Ave and they called the doctor themselves and got the refill figured out. I didn't have to do a thing. I'm not sure if it's just this CVS and the management/pharmacists who work here, but man is the service 10 times better at Walgreens.
